Reseller Program
OMNI PayPhone Service offers great value proposition to the end-user as well as the reseller of the service.
It makes it possible for transient visitors to a city of a country to make a local call, national long distance call or an international call on a pay-per-use basis at reasonable low costs in convenient locations.
The call charges (rates) are typically some 55% - 75% lower than the charges of the public payphone operated by the local telephone company.
Unlike public payphone, OMNI does not require that payment is made with prepaid phonecard which is sold with a certain preset credit amount. For someone who needs only to make a short call urgently, OMNI offers a tremendous advantage in
- being much lower cost per minute
- being pay-per-use - the customer pays for exactly what is used; there is no wastage in having unused credit in a prepaid phonecard and
- the convenience of paying for the usage in local currency or by/through credit card without having to pay for a hefty charge to credit card company (as would be the case if the user were to make a call at public payphone with payment by/through credit card)
Any enterprising individual person or shop can sign up as a reseller of OMNI PayPhone service.
To set up a local OMNI PayPhone service, the reseller needs only to purchase a OMNI PayPhone and sign up as a reseller with the country Master Reseller, if one is already appointed by Ecocarrier, or directly with Ecocarrier in a case where no Master Reseller has been appointed.
There is a one-time sign-up fee to become a reseller and a prepayment of a minimal credit amount for covering the cost of usage to be incurred as the customer (end-user) uses OMNI to make calls.
The customer/end-user pays the reseller for calls made at per minute rates that are pre-agreed between the Reseller and Ecocarrier or rates that are stated at the website site www.omnipayphone.com before the call is made.
Ecocarrier charges the reseller for the call made by the customer (end-user) at a discount % off the rates published at www.omnipayphone.com; the discount % is pre-agreed between Ecocarrier and the Reseller as stated in Ecocarrier Service Provision Agreement for OMNI PayPhone Service.
The customer/end-user can make one or more calls by simply dialing the number to be called in the following format:
+<telephone number beginning with country code>
When the customer has completed making the call/calls, the Reseller would send a signal to Ecocarrier to enquire for the accounting for the customer and Ecocarrier will return with a message forthwith containing the following data:
- Total Number of calls made
- Total Number of minutes
- Total amount of charges

Ecocarrier offers an on-line facility to the Reseller to log on to a website to view the history of all calls dialed by the customer and the call data and costs relative to the calls.
As a Reseller, you also have the ability by on-line management facility to disable your OMNI PayPhone so that it cannot be used to make calls.
Ecocarrier Service Platform supports 2 levels of resellers, namely a Master Reseller level and regular Reseller level.
If you are signed up as a Master Reseller for OMNI PayPhone Service, you can appoint many Resellers under you who, in turn, sell the OMNI PayPhone Service to the end users. Ecocarrier Serivice Platforms offers the Master Reseller on-line facility to manage and operate the accounts of the regular Resellers and the end users under them (the regular Resellers).
